Signed artists such as Mos Def, The Roots, Talib Kweli, Common, Murs, Dead Prez, Elzhi, etc.

He signed with the label and are somewhat popular, but not on the radio or MTV/VH1/BET and they (most) are politically and socially conscious (sp?) Artists.
